We start with a professional in-home consultation that includes a no-cost, comprehensive evaluation of your electrical loads and a review of the appliances, lights and outlets you want powered up in the event of a power outage. Once complete, we will size your generator, review a number of options, and provide an all-inclusive estimate for your generator installation right then and there. When you decide to move ahead with your project, we will review your project details, process your deposit and begin the application of all local permits.

After the permits have been approved, and paid, we will schedule an installation date that is both prompt and convenient for you and your family. Our installations usually take a day or so, and after completion, we will schedule your project for final inspection with the local authorities. We will then set up an appointment to review all the details of your generator, demonstrate an electrical power outage and make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied with your new purchase.

But our story doesn’t end there we offer a complete preventative maintenance and warranty program to make sure your generator will be ready to operate whenever you need it, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, year after year.
